This page is how we handle information today.
It is not veterinary advice, and it is not legal advice.
What we collect
- Account email and password (auth via Supabase).
- Pet profiles you add: name, species, breed, birthday, notes, and photos you upload.
- Pack Watch and care-reminder mailbox, if you set one.
- Product clicks on affiliate links (so we can tell what was useful).
- Basic site analytics (page views on Vercel).
How we use it
- Build care calendars and grooming recommendations for your pack.
- Send Pack Watch alerts and due-care email when you opt in.
- Match product suggestions to breed and coat — not to follow you around the web.
- Keep the service running (auth, backups, abuse prevention).
Who else sees it
- Vercel — hosting, analytics, file storage.
- Supabase — database and sign-in.
- Resend — outbound mail from watch@snoutsandbeaks.com.
- Vercel AI Gateway — Pack Watch classify and chat, when those features run.
- Stripe — if you start a paid plan. Live charges are off until a Snouts & Beaks company is set up; test checkout uses Stripe’s sandbox.
- Affiliate merchants (Chewy, Amazon, and the like) only if you click their link. Those visits are theirs, not ours.
We do not sell pet profiles.
We do not run third-party ad networks that track you across other sites.
